Hi, I have uploaded the long-awaited hdf5 1.6.4-1 to unstable tonight. It is currently sitting in the NEW queue. When it is accepted, you will have to rebuild packages depending on it as the package names changed. You should build-depend on libhdf5-serial-dev (>= 1.6.4). No other changes to source packages should be required. Other changes include: - enabled the C++ build in libhdf5-mpich again, - includes libhdf5_hl, the high level interface. Regards, -- .''`.
