I would like to make a new octave-forge because of a serious rand bug on
OS X and other big-endian architectures.  If you don't want to wait for
it, then please force the Makefile on to have -DHAVE_X86=0 on all these
architectures, or get the new FIXES/{Makefile,rand.cc,randgamma.c}
