Package: liblablgtksourceview-ocaml-dev Version: 2.10.0-2 Severity: normal File: /usr/lib/ocaml/3.10.0/METAS/META.lablgtksourceview The current META name (i.e. the package name to be used with findlib) for gtksourceview is "lablgtksourceview.gtksourceview". In addition to being overly verbose, such a name it is neither coherent with the other META names of lablgtk2 nor backward compatible with the name that was used before lablgtksourceview was integrated into lablgtk2. My proposal is to provide two META names, also getting rid of the current one (before it's too late :)): - lablgtk2.gtksourceview (name coherent with other lablgtk2's) - lablgtksourceview (backward compatible name, to be checked though, my memory can be faulty ...) Thanks in advance, Cheers. -- System Information: Debian Release: lenny/sid APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (500, 'testing'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.22-3-686 (SMP w/1 CPU core) Locale: LANG=it_IT.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=it_IT.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Versions of packages liblablgtksourceview-ocaml-dev depends on: ii libgtksourceview-dev 1.8.5-1 development files for the GTK+ syn ii liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev 2.10.0-2 OCaml bindings to Gtk+ version 2 ii liblablgtksourceview-ocaml 2.10.0-2 OCaml bindings for libgtksourcevie ii ocaml-findlib 1.2.1-2 Management tool for OCaml programm ii ocaml-nox [ocaml-nox-3.10.0] 3.10.0-8 ML language implementation with a liblablgtksourceview-ocaml-dev recommends no packages. -- no debconf information
