Bug#1042749: Dependency issues make the package non-working after installation

Installing the utop package leads to a non-working utop executable,
because it needs xdg. The libdune-ocaml-dev package provides xdg.

Installing the libdune-ocaml-dev package makes utop fail with:

Fatal error: exception Fl_package_base.No_such_package("uucp",
"required by `lambda-term'")

Installing libuucp-ocaml-dev makes utop run.

Perhaps dh_ocaml doesn't detect those runtime deps?
