Sorry, "they" means the ocaml-nox and ocaml-base-nox packages that you
plan to make transitional.

To expand a bit more: there are upstream CIs (e.g. libvirt) that test
on different distros including Debian, using as much as distro packages
as possible. In the context of OCaml packages, libvirt-ocaml is tested
there.

Right. I'm surprised there is no such case in the archive.
