ocaml and ocaml-base are basically empty now that graphics has moved to
a separate source package (ocaml-graphics). I am planning to turn
ocaml-nox and ocaml-base-nox into transitional packages and move
everything to ocaml and ocaml-base, but that's for later (after the
transition is over, for sure).

Meanwhile, I will apply and upload your patch when the ocaml transition
is over (unless there is a strong argument that it should be done before).
