Hi!
I'm afraid there's no Replaces: stanza, resulting in:

Unpacking unison-2.48 (2.48.4-5+b1) ...

.deb (--unpack):
 trying to overwrite '/usr/bin/unison-2.48', which is also in package unison 2.48.4-4
dpkg-deb: error: paste subprocess was killed by signal (Broken pipe)
