planned team upload of coccinelle

Hello,

I hope everybody is in good health!

I am planning a team upload of coccinelle for Saturday April 4, or
earlier when the people involved with that package tell me to go
ahead. Sorry to pass in this way over the head of the official
new maintainer, but the package now has 4 open RC bugs that can
probably be closed by an upload of 1.0.8.deb-1 that Emmanuel has
started to work on. I am picking up his work, my commits are on the
master branch on salsa now.
