An Lwt-enabled wrapper around OCaml-SSL, that performs I/O
concurrently. Ocaml-SSL, in turn, is a binding to the much-used
OpenSSL.

This used to be part of lwt source package, but has been split out
upstream. ocsigenserver depend on it. It will be maintained in the
OCaml team.
