Since ocaml 4.08, ocaml-mode is no longer part of the ocaml upstream distribution but is now an independent project "caml-mode". A debian package of caml-mode, providing binary packages elpa-caml and ocaml-mode (the latter being the transitional package) has just been uploaded experimental and will have to pass the NEW queue. -Ralf.
