Bug#939030: ben: Show transition status in collisions list

It's hard to assess the collisions list on each transition page's HTML
output because there are usually many planned transitions, most of which
won't cause a problem. It would be helpful if ben grouped them or at
least showed their state (planned, ongoing, etc) on those pages to make
it easier to run multiple transitions in parallel.
