I'm going to package this:

  https://github.com/thierry-martinez/pyml

which seems up-to-date, as a new source package. Because of #937400, I
will try to produce a Python 3-only package. I am not planning to touch
pycaml, and will ask for its removal when its sole reverse-dependency
(coccinelle) switches to the new bindings.
