This took forever, but it finally migrated:

ocaml      | 4.05.0-10     | testing            | source, amd64, arm64, armel,
armhf, i386, mips, mips64el, mipsel, ppc64el, s390x

I had to remove approx and its only rdep openstack-meta-packages, which were
scheduled for autoremoval anyway.
