4.03.0 released to experimental
I just uploaded the latest versions of ocaml, ocamlbuild, findlib and camlp4 to Debian experimental. This should be enough to allow you to recompile a basic opam switch.

I don't have time to fix all of them myself. I did investigate the E: in ocaml a bit and it seems upstream explicitly don't install those extra files (see ocamldoc/Makefile). I didn't want to risk messing with that, but of course patches are welcome, as is guidance from someone who is more familiar with the codebase.
