Hi,

The OCaml transition [1] seems now complete, which means that the
findlib transition (and in turn, the ugrade to ctypes >= 0.4) is
possible.

Could you consider updating these packages ? I am trying to get the
LLVM-OCaml bindings back in Debian [2], but a recent version of
ctypes is a hard requirement.
