I tried it, but in the moment on unstable there is a dependency problem with
ocaml:
libcairo-ocaml-dev : Depends: ocaml-nox-4.01.0 which is a virtual package
and is not provided by any available package.

This happened since ocaml-4.02.3-2 was uploaded to unstable just two days
ago and cairo-ocaml was not updated yet [1]. Transitions are a bit of
nightmare in the moment.
I would guess that we just need to wait a few more days.
@debian-ocaml-maint: can you estimate when the packages required by plplot
(camlidl, cairo-ocaml, lablgtk2) fit together in unstable again? Plplot has
quite a couple of dependencies in astronomy (the whole gdl ecosystem, psfex,
scamp etc.).
