Bug#759372: dose-builddebcheck: Wrong Multi-Arch type value implemented: The applications raised this exception : Format822.Type_error("Field Multi-Arch has a wrong value : no")
Package: dose-builddebcheck
Version: 3.2.2-2+b1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainers,
dose-builddebcheck currently fails due to #759109 in experimental and
causes the buildds to choke on libcdio-dev according to adsb on
#debian-devel and #debian-buildd.
Example:
$ dose-builddebcheck --deb-native-arch=amd64 /var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.ch.debian.org_debian_dists_experimental_main_binary-amd64_Packages /var/lib/apt/lists/ftp.ch.debian.org_debian_dists_sid_main_source_Sources
native-architecture: amd64
The applications raised this exception : Format822.Type_error("Field Multi-Arch has a wrong value : no")
$
The issue is that "no" is indeed a valid value.
See https://bugs.debian.org/759099 for discussion and background of the
issue as well as why "no" is not wrong, but the MultiArchSpec in the
Ubuntu wiki is wrong.
