Bug#757643: dose-builddebcheck: Please add a "-o filename" option
Package: dose-builddebcheck
Version: 3.0.2-3
Severity: wishlist
Hi!
dose-debcheck has a very nice option for sending its output to a file:
> -ofile Send output to file.
It'd be great if dose-builddebcheck also had this option as it makes it much
easier to use dose-builddebcheck from other programs without having to go via
the shell and use shell redirection.
BTW for the package in wheezy, trying to use "-o foo" generates:
dose-builddebcheck: option '-o': no such option
while the packages in sid (3.2.2-2) silently ignore this particular unknown
option and just outputis to stdout; other unknown options cause it to exit
with a similar error as above.
cheers
Stuart
