Hi, libre-ocaml-dev doesn't provide any libre-ocaml-dev-XXXXXX, which makes
it difficult to use with any other ocaml package that depends on it and
generates its dependencies with dh-ocaml. Please add to debian/control:
Provides: ${ocaml:Provides}
