Bug#736159: ben: Requires no-longer provided Sources.bz2 files

Package: ben
Version: 0.6.6+b1
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

`ben download` attempts to download Sources.bz2 files, but apparently
these have been replaced by Sources.xz files on the main Debian archive.

As there does not seem to be a fallback, this makes `ben download`
unusable, incl. - for me - the other parts of ben, as now there's
no data source.

Example call:

% ben download --verbose --mirror http://http.at.debian.org/debian --suite sid
% Total % Received % Xferd Average Speed Time Time Time Current
Dload Upload Total Spent Left Speed
100 322 100 322 0 0 294 0 0:00:01 0:00:01 --:--:-- 294
bzcat: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file.
Uncaught exception: ben-specific error: curl exited with return code 2

tcpdump of this:
