Bug#747879: ben: allow to query Packages and Sources without a ben.cache file

I see it now too. Let me suggest to either make it case insensitive or at least
[Ss]ources
It would be nice if this was documented.

No, I just mentioned that because other tools can read appropriately named
Packages and Sources files from the cache-dir. I dont think this is an
important feature. Listing all Packages and Sources files one wants to query on
the commandline is absolutely sufficient in my opinion.
I think after documenting (and possibly) the regex you can close this bug.
