It looks like dose3 is at fault here: its META file declares a
dependency on bz2 and zip. However, it does not use them so the
dependency is not put automatically by dh_ocaml.

Looking at dose3, zip and bz2 are actually optional, and dose3 was
compiled without. I guess this is a mistake.
