Bug#731378: nss-passwords fails to decrypt

That's 24.1.0esr-1.

Now that you ask, I realize that I usually used nss-passwords against
archived profiles that I don't open any more - and it does still work
on them.  Only on the currently-in-use profile does it exhibit the
problem.
