ounit updated

Hi,

I updated the ounit package in the git repository. I imported
version 1.1.2 and changed the standards version and debhelper
compat level. I also deleted a strange patch that added 

  ".git": not_hygienic, -traverse

to ocamlbuild's _tags file.
