I had a quick look at
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/hardening-no-fortify-functions.html and
http://lintian.debian.org/tags/hardening-no-relro.html. Maybe it is
about using the Debian build flags from dpkg-buildflags. But I don't
know how to include them while building in ocaml binaries.

The Debian OCaml Maintainers might have a hint.
