Bug#627283: dose3 compilation problem with librpm

Hi Pietro,

rebuilding the dose3 package with librpm 4.9.0 unfortunately did not solve the
problem, see

The architectures where the ftbfs occurs are precisely the non-native
architectures for which the package should be compiled to bytecode.
So I guess something is wrong with the compilation to bytecode.
