Hello! Thanks for your quick answer. I just not examined the hevea debian package carefully, and i missed the /usr/share/hevea/xxdate.exe script file.
However, I suggest to add an extra example beside the /usr/share/doc/hevea/examples/date to let linux users see, how to compile.
In the meantime, I run into another date problem using \the\year : Warning: Command not found: \the Warning: Command not found: \year Neszt Tibor E-mail: tibor@neszt.hu PGP: 0xD4CC8D9F Fingerprint = B005 B009 E093 25D4 B9E5 F3E8 C477 8F5B D4CC 8D9F On Mon, 3 Jan 2011, luc.maranget@inria.fr wrote:
Hi Thanks to Ralf for his answer. A small add-on: the relevant section of the manual is available online: <http://hevea.inria.fr/doc/manual038.html#htoc125> --LucOn Sat, Jan 01, 2011 at 11:09:54AM +0100, Neszt Tibor wrote:I run into a bug when i begun to use the "\today" or any other date like commands. (\year, \currentdate, etc..) I got the following warning message: Warning: \today needs '-exec xxdate.exe' option On linux, I can't solved the problem. I don't know if it is linux bug, or debian-port bug. There is no bug. You just have to do what the warning message tells you. Please read section B16.3 of the reference manual. -Ralf.
