Well, unison2.9.1 is not the latest version of unison. I maintain it,
only for sarge compatibility. You should consider moving to unison
2.13.16, if you want this bug to be solved.

However, i submit a bug report...

I have just checked and this bug doesn't exist anymore in unison
2.27.57.
