Bug#520510: scan output skips first files in directories

Well, if I run unison over a directory structure like

  .
  foo/
  foo/one
  foo/two
  bar/
  bar/one
  bar/two

then the scanning messages will only be:

  scanning foo
  scanning foo/two
  scanning bar
  scanning bar/two

I find that inconsistent and confusing (and minor).
