RFH: Where/How to setup RCS for new libfuse-ocaml package

Hi,

as I have mentioned before I'm writing new libfuse bindings for ocaml
to go along with libaio-ocaml I wrote a while back. The libaio-ocaml
source RCS is on svn.forge.ocamlcore.org including the debian dir and
that didn't seem to suite the way debian-ocaml-maint works. So for
libfuse-ocaml I'm going to ask here first.

As I'm writing both upstream source and debian packaging I would like
to have both source and packaging in a single RCS. I also prefer svn
or mercurial. Beyond that I'm pretty much open to anything and welcome
comaintainers.

So where should the RCS be located and how should it be layed out to
best fit in with other debian-ocaml-maint packages?
