Bug#507818: mlnet problem
On 2.9.5-2 version I have the same problem.
I have try to compile mlnet from source (2.9.7) - successfully.
First running of mlnet:

Everything OK.
Second running of mlnet:

Syntax error while parsing file downloads.ini at pos
29817:(Failure("float_of_string"))
it seems that downloads.ini is corrupt,
try to use a backup from /root/.mldonkey/old_config

What's wrong? Mlnet creates corrupted "downloads.ini"?

So in my case the bug is very reproducible ;)
