Bug#462141: mldonkey-server: init script fails in initgroups()

mlnet refuses to start with the message

   start-stop-daemon: Unable to set initgroups() with gid 118 (Operation not permitted)

There exist bugreports against dpkg in relation to such a problem. For
example #222524 and #462018. These are marked as fixed. Therefore I am not
really sure, this is a bug of mldonkey or dpkg. But since this problem was
introduced with my last upgrade of mldonkey, I assume it is mldonkeys
fault.
