It doesn't indeed, but looking at the "Architecture:" lines of your
package I was presuming it had binary packages which needed the
availability of ocamlopt on alpha/arm/ia64. If that was the case those
binary would need to be removed from unstable. On a second look it
doesn't seem it is, can you confirm this?

Then, out of curiosity, why you have long "Architecture:" line for
ocamlgsl?
