The version in etch is a transitional package, thus empty, and there is a conflict between libcurl3-openssl-dev and libcurl3-gnutls-dev. Maybe this is a problem with partial upgrades, and libcurl3-gnutls-dev needs a "Replaces: libcurl3-dev (<< 7.14.1-1)", which is already in libcurl3-openssl-dev. Cheers, Julien
