Maybe, i don't understand the difference, but we have "almost" package
3.09.3, since it is standing in experimental according to 
http://packages.debian.org/experimental/devel/ocaml
(this is 3.09.3 rc1 but AFAIK there is not a big difference with 3.09.3)

So since, we have package it, i was asking if we will upload this
package to unstable ("upload a package" is maybe more clear than release
a package version). 

But, i agree with you, that we should jump to 3.10.0.
