packages using ${Source-Version}

I was reading http://wiki.debian.org/binNMU which told me about the
difference among ${Source-Version} and ${source:Version} in
debian/control.

Yesterday I thus digged in our repo to spot where we use such variable
and hence where we should replace it with ${source:Version}. Thought it
wont be a big deal since all libraries generates only arch:any binary
packages, it would be better to convert all the variables since we are
going to rely a lot on binNMU in the future.

Attached there's a log of my grepping through the repo showing which
debian/control-s need to be modified.

I no one objects I plan to do the change in a bash fashion, committing
at once (this time I will add the proper entry to the changelog though).
