Yes, please go ahead. Just remember that I have moved the policy in the
ocaml package.

Right, it might be more logical.

I don't think it's hardcoded anywhere (we use &ocaml-version;):

% grep 3.09.2 *
ocaml_packaging_policy.xml:<!ENTITY ocaml-version "3.09.2">
