cdbs are installed. 

serge@serge2:~$ dpkg -l cdbs
ii  cdbs           0.4.32         common build system for Debian packages

and 'apt-get build-dep ulex'  have suggested to me this :

The following packages will be REMOVED:
  liblablgl-ocaml-dev liblablgtk2-gnome-ocaml-dev liblablgtk2-ocaml-dev ocaml
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 4 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
Need to get 0B of archives.

Saturday I had compiled these packages with version 3.09.0-3 and today that does not function any more.  I does not understand why.
