Haha, that is a funny one :)

Debian/Sarge was released in june 2005, and is thus the new stable. woody is
old stable, and will be going away in some undefined time (well, probably
defined, but i don't know it), The fix will go in sid, and trickle to etch
(the new testing) after a week or two, but neither stable nor oldstable will
be modified for such trivial fixes.

Now, you could try to rebuild ocaml yourself in woody, it should work, not
sure. There mqy be sarge backports, but i don't think it makes sense to
provide woody backports at this time. Hell, woody was released over three
years ago now.
