ocaml-md5sums is part of ocaml-base-nox, and ocaml depends on ocaml-base
(= 3.08.3-5) which in turns depend on ocaml-base-nox-3.08.3.

Here there can be a problem since ocaml-base-nox is not a versione
dependency and thus is possible than ocaml-base-nox got not upgraded to
the version containing ocaml-md5sums. Erwan, which version of
ocaml-base-nox have you installed?

Sven, do you agree on adding the dependency from ocaml directly to
ocaml-base-nox (>= 3.08.3-5)? This should fix the problem.

Cheers.
