Here there can be a problem since ocaml-base-nox is not a versione dependency and thus is possible than ocaml-base-nox got not upgraded to the version containing ocaml-md5sums. Erwan, which version of ocaml-base-nox have you installed? Sven, do you agree on adding the dependency from ocaml directly to ocaml-base-nox (>= 3.08.3-5)? This should fix the problem.
