Hi,

  The doc directory seems to be back but the man page is still missing.
A man page is available in advi CVS since Aug. 31 so that the problem 
should be easily solved when advi package switches to upstream version 
1.6. But in the mean time, it violates Policy 12.1. So please put a man
page of your own or generate one using [1] unless you intend to package
the latest upstream release soon.
