Mr Edward has contributed from time to time to debian ocaml
maintainer... He should be considered as part of the team, but all
packages which are outside debian, should be considered not official.

If Mr Edward ask some of debian developper belonging to Debian Ocaml
maint, maybe he should have this package uploaded to official debian.

Anyway, if a package is not in debian it is not official, debian ocaml
maint is only a group of maintainer, with no other existence than
Mailing List and alioth project ( ie we use standard debian tools to
publish packages ).

If you can get in touch with Mr Edward, saying that you are intersted in
having this package uploaded to debian, he will find people who can do
that here -- just ask him

Kind regard
