again: inconsistency at the cmxa level

A user informed me that my libcalendar-ocaml-dev package links fine in
bytecode but fails to link in native code due to inconsistent assumption
over unix.cmxa.

This probably means that all libraries using the unix module fails to
link with ocaml 3.08.2 and that they need to be rebuilt. I can't perform
(easily) automatic checks for this since ocamlobjinfo works only on
bytecode objects.

Please check your packages and see if they need to be rebuilt.

Zack going to rebuild a lot of stuff :-(
