It is the one supposed for doing release tarballs, it will only remove
the stuff like ..cvignore and CVSdirectories, and other likes. You need
to tag the tree before doing this, since you export a tagged version,
not HEAD. Maybe during the tagging you can remove other files also, not
sure though.
