agreement of the DDTEFP (Direction Depatementale de Travail,
Emploi et Formation Professionel"... yeah ist France...

Right. this is what they told me to...

If I crate a NEW Education-Center, I have to do ALL from
scratch and I have to define my Diploms I offer my own...

It is not funny to do such stuff...

The best is to use the Linux-Cretification as base...

...and then enhance it to Debian (the base is the same
as for SuSE, RedHat or other GNU/Linux Distributions).

Right, and I know many peoples which fighting agains me because I have
NO RedHat Cert because I am working ONLY with Debian...
(which is crap => French anti-propaganda)

My four main customers are the Ministry of Defense, the Police National,
the Hotel de Departement (Strasbourg/Bas-Rhin) and the CUS (Communate
Urbain de Strasbourg... plus many commercial customers...

For those the only thin was count is, that I am Ex-Military (DGSE)
and have many thinghs to do with IT.

But how to keep your Diplomants learning?
This is, what the Education Center must care about...
The Customers must learn to learn contiiously. -- realy!
