Debian at European CeBIT exhibition
This is a good year for Debian with regard to presence at the CeBIT
exhibition, taking place from Feb 24th to Mar 1st in Hannover,
Germany.
Four booths are staffed with Debian people, partially presenting
Debian GNU/Linux on several architectures:

10:00: Daniel Riek, president of ID-PRO AG, talks about the current
state of GNU/Linux
10:40: Martin 'Joey' Schulze, member of the Debian team, talks about
the philosophy behind free software
11:20: Christel Marquardt, Manager Technical Marketing of
innominate AG, discusses free software as business model

The Debian project is an organization of many users who volunteer
their time and effort. Its tasks include maintaining and updating Debian
GNU/Linux which is a free distribution of the GNU/Linux operating system,
and the development of the Debian GNU/Hurd operating system.
>> About CeBIT
The CeBIT exhibition is the largest computer oriented exhibition in
Europe. It's growing from year to year and was even splitted in a
professional part (this one) and an exhibition for home affairs.
This year a Linux Pavillon is organized in hall 6, booth F20.
