I support Sébastien Noel <sebastien@twolife.be>'s request to become a Debian Developer, uploading.
I have worked with Sébastien Noel in the Games Team for many years.
More recently we discovered shared interrest for canbus/automotive technologies
where he provided substantial help in my efforts to package asammdf.
He as deep and broad tehcnical knoweledge; the kind of knoweledge needed to write
LD_PRELOAD stub to keep these 25 years old Loki binaries alive.
He as a good understanding of Debian packaging practices
but also of the Debian project as a whole.
I have personally worked with Sébastien Noel <sebastien@twolife.be>
(key E07B3CCBE73CD8EA6B65DA36CF13C21D2578B775) for years,
