After looking at Thomas Bechtold <thomasbechtold@jpberlin.de>'s past
contributions and after exchanging some emails to get to know them a bit
better, I am convinced they still have a perfect knowledge of Debian's
Philosophy and Procedures and that they are very much skilled. They have also
come to update their knowledge on the topics that changed since they became a
Debian Developer, Emeritus. Therefore I think that Thomas Bechtold
<thomasbechtold@jpberlin.de> can and should indeed be a Debian Developer,
