But many who will come to read your words will not be. I would encourage you to write a message more in alignment with Joerg's message. Perhaps talking about what from that history specifically is problematic for you for example. To those who believe there are circumstances under which Adam should be able to come back: Do you think it is necessary for Adam to have this discussion in public, or do you think it would be sufficient for Adam to get an AM who is able to evaluate where Adam stands with regard to our community values and then for DAM to evaluate that conversation? I hope we choose to give people respect even when we disagree with them, and to focus on whether they are in alignment with our community standards rather than judging them as individuals. I particularly hope community leaders would choose to do that. I am disappointed because I do not believe we are achieving either the respect for Adam nor the focus on our community standards I hope for in this conversation. I would ask if there are ways we can do what we need to do while being more respectful and only bringing the things into the public that need to be in public.
