I looked at Hugh McMaster <hugh.mcmaster@outlook.com>'s contributions and
exchanged some emails to get to know them a bit better. The contributions of
Hugh McMaster are diverse and of high quality, and their answers to my
questions were perfectly exhaustive. The interactions with Hugh are smooth and
I believe they have plenty of assets to interact with people within Debian and
also outside of the project. I agree with the advocates that Hugh McMaster
<hugh.mcmaster@outlook.com> can and should indeed be a Debian Developer,
